An allrounder, who offers right-arm off spin and left-hand batting, he plays his club cricket for Fremantle in the grade Shield alongside Sean Ervine, Shaun Marsh, Brett Dorey and fellow rookies Patrick Molinari and Nathan Coulter-Nile. The son of Graeme Wood, former Australia player and now WACA chief executive, he has been noted as one to watch.
